Today
is National Boston Cream Pie Day! For many of you, you might really be excited
about today, but for me, it’s nothing to celebrate. Boston cream pie isn’t
really my thing. If you refer back to National
Cream Filled Donut Day, you’ll be reminded of a certain good deed from my
brother that went horribly wrong with Boston Cream!

Boston
Cream Pie was invented by M. Sanzian, an Armenian-French chef in 1856. The
dessert later became Massachusetts’ official dessert in 1996.
