National No Diet Day


Woohoo! Its National No Diet Day! And you know what that means, right? Yep! You guessed it…a rehash of National Potato Chip Day! Chips for breakfast, chips for lunch…soooo many chips!

Okay, so maybe this isn’t a good option, but the point of today is to indulge in something that you haven’t been able to had you been on a diet. To me, diets aren’t an effective solution. They are more of temporary fixes to meet a short-term goal. I believe that the best solution is an overhaul of lifestyle choices – exercise, smart food choices, etc. Sure its tough at first, but soon enough it isn’t so bad!
