For
all my runners out there – Happy National Hug A Runner Day! …and being as I’m a
runner, I’ll happily be accepting hugs on behalf of this Day today!
While I’m
unsure of the origins and purpose of today, who cares?! I get hugs! Maybe it’s
to provide encouragement to those who are crazy enough to be participating in
this sport, or may be it’s because we all have sore knees and need some love.
Either way, I will enjoy the hugs that come my way, and hugging those in my
life that are runners. Yay for having a sport that I identify with that
actually has some sort of benefit other than health!
