It’s National Eight-Track Tape Day! Most of you
are probably wondering what exactly an “eight-track” is. Well, eight-tracks were a method
of distributing/listening to music back in the day…waaaaayyyyy back in the day!
They were most popular in the United States. They were first distributed in the
1960s. By the 1980s their popularity has worn off, and the next “big thing” was
took over!
