Happy National National Anthem Day! Today is a
day about celebrating the musical number that represents the country you are
from. We are the “true north, strong and free,” and honestly, after the day of
random acts I participated in, I couldn’t be much prouder to be Canadian, eh?!
National Anthems are the powerhouse ballad that generates pride and excitement,
even though most of us didn’t necessarily appreciate it at 8 am every day
before school began. Here’s a little video about my National

What if pets had thumbs? Ever consider that? Well, being as its also National
If Pets Had Thumbs Day, you are obliged to spend a moment or two to think about
what that might mean. Personally, it freaks me out. Although, on the other
hand, it would be awfully nice if Mittens or Sparky could let themselves out at
3 am for a pee!
