National Relaxation Day


Well after a not so exciting day yesterday, today I give you – National Relaxation Day! Now, to be fair, I think I’ve been practicing for this day quite a bit lately. And interesting that National Lazy Day falls shortly before National Relaxation Day! Well-played month of August!

Relaxation is considered to be any method, process, procedure, or activity that helps a person to relax; to attain a state of increased calmness; or otherwise reduce levels of anxiety, stress or anger.” There are many forms and styles of relaxation.
