Well after a not so
exciting day yesterday, today I give you – National Relaxation Day! Now, to be
fair, I think I’ve been practicing for this day quite a bit lately. And
interesting that National
Lazy Day falls shortly before National Relaxation Day! Well-played month of
August!
Relaxation is
considered to be “any method, process, procedure, or activity that helps a person to
relax; to attain a state of increased calmness; or otherwise reduce levels of
anxiety, stress or anger.” There are many forms and styles of relaxation. This
is likely due to the fact that everyone is different, thus, one’s ideal method
